Humane Society Volunteer KILLED by Adoptable Pit Bull at the Shelter

Pit Bull Euthanized after Shelter Volunteer’s Death

Christine Liquori was the victim of a fatal mauling at the Humane Society of St. Lucie County, Florida.

Trying to “save them all” cost this shelter volunteer her life. The mentality of pit bull fanatics in denial of breed traits is costing many their lives – countless innocent children, neighbors, senior citizens, pets and livestock.
Dangerous blood sport dogs that would harm a human or kill other dogs must be euthanized, not adopted to the general public. That is common sense for public safety. The recent trend of shelters to promote pit bulls as safe pets has proven disastrous time and again.
Immediately after Liquori was violently killed by a shelter pit bull that was up for adoption, the Humane Society staff used the volunteer’s death in a shameless promotion of two other pit bulls that they hope will be adopted in the victim’s memory. They just don’t get it… Pit Bulls are too dangerous to make safe pets.
