The State of Maine is proposing a law that would require dog owners to render aid if their dog attacks another person or pet instead of fleeing the scene.
Politicians who knowingly put the special interests of the vocal minority above the public safety of the community should be expelled from public office. Or at the very least they should be held responsible if ever a pit bull attack happens that wouldn’t have without their reckless decision.
